The present terms and conditions are a legal agreement between you, the user/ consumer (hereinafter you), and Taylor Chartrand Fine Art (hereinafter “Rumination”).

Rumination is a website created to display Fine Art (sketches, drawings, paintings, etc.) which may show the nude form and other ideas, figures, representations that some may find offensive. You agree that you consent to see such images by using this site. You agree not to copy, download, steal, and/or alter these images created by, owned, and uploaded by Rumination.

SHIPPING

Shipping of purchased goods/ services is done within 1 week of order being purchased and approved. Shipping options are listed here as well as upon checking out:

Domestic Priority Mail: 3-5 Business Days (by postal standard) for delivery at $7.75.

Domestic Priority Express Mail: 6-10 Business Days (by postal standard) for delivery at $26.35.

Shipping cost is based upon order, not quantity. This means if multiple products are purchased, all will be put into one shipping container/ envelope when possible.

Currently shipping only within the US.

RETURN POLICY

No returns. All sales/ purchases are final and non-refundable. However, if damage occurs during shipping, Rumination may replace the damaged product(s) if damage is considered significant at the discretion of Rumination. Under no circumstances will we trade or sell any customer information to third parties.
